What in the World Are We Up To In March?
This last month seems to have been a whirlwind of activities. After coming home from Illinois we jumped right back into our work and social schedules. We were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner with our Pastor and his family as well as dinner and double dates with several of our family & friends. We also celebrated Steve's birthday along with Taylor's #2 Birthday the week after. Steve was of course sick on his birthday. The day before was Sunday and his Mom and Dad B. were able to come down and go to church with us all. After church we all went out for a large BBQ meal and then went back to our house for cake and games. Later that evening Food Poisoning hit! Ugh! So he was pretty sick on his actual birthday. For Taylor’s birthday we went to Chuck E Cheese. I think the adults maybe had more fun with the games then the kids did. Believe it or not my shy husband played the Dance, Dance Revolution game with DJ. Now guys, this is a game where you actually have to DANCE in PUBLIC. I about fell over when I saw him on center stage Dancing! We just finished up another busy weekend with Steve being involved with the Men’s work team at church. He spent the entire morning Saturday at the church helping with things around there. He will also attend the Men’s retreat next weekend with the men at church. So I will spend the week getting his things together for that. Before we left for Illinois we did pictures for a friends wedding. Steve helped me and was my photo sidekick. After he saw how fun it was and saw the results he was ready to open our own business. This is something we have talked a lot about and are still praying about. We both enjoy doing it so much. We have some Senior Pictures to take at the end of this month, so after this Steve may be so excited he will just rush right out and buy me that new camera I have been wanting! Other than that I am busy getting ready to be in two of my friends weddings. One is in June and the other in September. I am having lots of fun dress shopping and planning showers! It brings back memories of not too long ago! We have been Married 7 months now!!Prayer & PraisePraise that we were able to sell Steve’s Truck!Prayer for job stability and Peace for SteveGod is Ever Faithful!

Our Trip To Illinois....
At the end of February we took a road trip across country to Illinois to attend Steve’s Grandfathers funeral. Steve’s Brother Mike and his wife Caroline drove with us and we had a great time during the 16 hr. drive (one way). Caroline and I sat in the back and enjoyed our food and “Chick Flicks” while Steve and Mike sat up front and reminisced about the “good ol days”. Caroline and I learned a lot about their childhood and what kind of kids/brothers they really were. The funeral was nice and the time with Steve’s relatives was a lot of fun. We met distant relatives that Steve had never even met before. The town was a very small farming town outside of Chicago and everyone seemed to be related somehow. The name Wehrmann was posted everywhere! After the funeral the 4 of us decided to spend a day up in the heart of Chicago. We actually ended up seeing much more of Chicago then we ever expected to. We ended up driving through parts of Harlem, China Town, Greek Town and Little Italy. We spent the day at the famous Planetarium and Aquarium on Lake Michigan and also walked around the downtown area amongst the busy crowds. We went to the top of the Sears tower and then a friend of Caroline's picked us up and took us to a perfect little Italian restaurant in Little Italy. It was such a fun time filled with great experiences that make me laugh even now when I think about it. One helpful hint: Never try to drive a large F150 in downtown Chicago! IT will not fit!
